To me, study=snack time. For the past month, I've been living on a diet of chips, roasted nuts, and of course, chocolate while preparing for my exams.
I absolutely
have to have something to munch while I'm reading. My justification is that munching increases your saliva output, which somehow gets more oxygen to your brain (I forgot how... but i swear it's scientifically proven!) I have also discovered that the frequency of my hand-to-mouth movement increases exponentially with my stress level.
Unfortunately, the benefits to memory retention by the increased flow of oxygen has
very major side-effects to other parts of my body-- it's making me puff up pretty rapidly, and presumably not with oxygen...AGH! I can't even fit into my tight jeans anymore, and my rolls of fat are leaking out of the top of my jeans..
Nooooooooooooooooo~~~
As such, I have resolved to go vegetarian for a month starting from the day I finish my exams (2 weeks from now)! You know what the best thing about diets is?
...
They always start in the future
...
And I just realised that chips, nuts, and chocolate aren't forbidden for vegetarians...hmmm, this does NOT bode well for the diet
